Loyalist College provides housing to students in the Loyalist College Residence that is situated on campus. This residence option has five buildings and can house almost 474 students. Apart from the main residence, four townhouse blocks can accommodate 112 students.
The main housing option on the campus has a Residence Commons, which is a building that contains laundry facilities, a security office, computer access, a food station and an entertainment area. The entertainment area has pool tables, TV, and ping-pong tables for the students.
The main campus of Loyalist College is located on 200 acres in the Bay of Quinte region, which is perfectly positioned between Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. Loyalist deliberately chooses to be a community college, with roots deep in the overall community and region it serves. Apart from the main campus, the college also has a satellite campus at Bancroft, that offers diplomas and certificate programs and also serves as a centre for continuing education and a resources hub.
The nearest airport to the college is the Lester B. Pearson International Airport in Toronto, which is situated almost 2 hours from Belleville.
