Canadore College is a small, government-funded college located in the City of North Bay, in the province of Ontario, Canada. It was founded in 1967 and is made up of four campuses.

With a country rank of 130, Canadore College is a technology and applied for arts college with over 80 full-time courses. They cover various academic sectors, including business and management, biotechnology, aviation technology, culinary arts, law and justice, human care and wellness, design and dramatic arts, hospitality, and geographic information systems. The College gives the option to choose from full-time courses and part-time courses.

About Location

Canadore College has three campuses - College Drive Campus, Commerce Court Campus, and Aviation Campus. North Bay is just 3 hours (or 180 minutes) north of Toronto. The fourth campus, West Parry Sound Campus, is located in Parry Sound, Ontario, between Sudbury and Barrie.

To reach Canadore College, one can book a flight at the North Bay (YYB) Airport. It is just 5.9 km away from the campus. Bus facilities can also be availed from Ontario Northland to reach the campus. For the West Parry Sound Campus, the nearest airport is Sudbury (YSB).

There are several student-friendly places to explore in North Bay. Local restaurants like Station Tap House & Steak CO., Miner's Son, Twiggs, 100 Elements (Operated by current Canadore staff and students), White Owl Bistro, and Churchill's are a must try. Other attractions that can be visited with family and friends are Duchesnay Falls, Capitol Centre, North Bay Escape Rooms, and the waterfront at Downtown North Bay.
