Fleming College launch new International Business Management and Personal Support programs

Fleming College is to launch new International Business Management and Personal Support programs with September 2023 starts and applications for both courses are now open.

At Fleming College, students get more one-on-one attention and the chance to build lasting relationships with small class sizes. Students have access to career services that help with interviews, career planning, resume writing, LinkedIn profiles, labour market information, and more. On-campus recruitment and job fairs help students build a network and start a career.

International Business Management

In this one-year graduate certificate program, students can upgrade their business skills with practical training and the latest theory in finance, communication, and management, readying you for a rewarding career in business and commerce in Toronto and beyond.

You will operate your own virtual company using innovative SAP Software, learn from faculty with extensive industry
experience and a readiness to share insider knowledge to help you succeed in Canada and focus on building skills that allow you to grow into an effective manager.

Personal Support Worker Program

This one-year certificate program will see students gain the skills to start a fulfilling and in-demand career that puts people first. Learn through traditional lectures and innovation lab components, preparing you to thrive in a large range of healthcare settings or pursue further education.

Students will get approximately 400 hours of relevant theory and approximately 300 hours of real-life, clinical training, benefit from innovative lab components throughout both semesters that simulate the work environment and use supportive approaches and evidence-based practices to promote positive and safe behaviours in clients.
